Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout (Cardio Thoracic / Neurosurgery) Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? Mount Hospital is looking to employ experienced Registered Nurses for our Scrub Scout team.
Key functions include: Established and maintained positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures Provide exceptional customer service and person centred and evidence-based care Provide supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students and AINs/PSAs Worked as a valued member of an inter-disciplinary team, managed own worktime and personal well being Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Involved in clinical and compliance auditing About You You will hold as minimum of 3 years' full time scrub scout experience in cardiothoracic and neurosurgery. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have thorough understanding of patient care in private hospital setting.
To be successful in this role, you will:
