We have 6 months, fixed-term opportunity in our Memory Support Unit for a Registered Nurse (Division 1 / Grade 3) to join our Homestead Estate Home located in located in Wallington, rural Geelong.
Onsite accommodation can be provided. Situated in Wallington on the Bellarine Peninsula, Homestead Estate is set in an idyllic rural location with views to the surrounding countryside. With 190 beds, Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities. Utilise your experience in dementia care within residential aged care settings as a Registered Nurse (Division 1 / Grade 3) in our Memory Support Unit to provide behaviour support for people living with dementia.
