Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough gerontological assessments and implementing targeted interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Your contributions will directly support timely hospital discharges, ensuring that our elderly patients receive the care and attention they deserve while promoting their overall well-being.
