Applications are sought from Registered Nurses who have a desire to be part of a strong, caring, and supportive team. A caring, compassionate nature and a positive attitude are the main requirements, with previous experience in aged care desirable. The empathy required to deliver the highest levels of care should be combined with:
Degree in Nursing (Current registration with AHPRA)Current Police ClearanceExperience in aged care (preferable but not essential)Flexibility to work various shifts, including nightsAbility to lead a teamAt Regents Garden, we recognize that our people are central to the culture and success of our business, and we are committed to being an Employer of Choice.
