A caring, compassionate nature and a positive attitude are the main requirements, with previous experience in aged care desirable.
The empathy required to deliver the highest levels of care should be combined with:

Ongoing support and training, including a thorough orientation program, is included.
Salary of $35 - $48 per hour (Base rate).
