Registered Nurse (Rn)

Provide comprehensive quality nursing care with compassion to patients in a hospital or other healthcare setting, ensuring their well-being, safety, and recovery.Responsibilities:Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and social needsDevelop and implement individualized care plansAdminister timely medications, treatments, and therapiesMonitor vital signs, perform physical exams, and document patient progressProvide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventionsEscalate patients concerns on critical valuesEducate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-careAnswer questions and provide support to patients and their loved onesCollaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient careParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferencesDocumentation:Accurately and thoroughly document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomesMaintain patient medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsQuality Improvement:Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomesIdentify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practicesClinical Administrative Roles:Assist with emergency situations and provide first aidMaintain a clean and safe patient environmentSupervise and mentor nursing assistants and other healthcare staffStay abreast of current nursing practices and advancementsQualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institutionRegistered Nursing Diploma from a Recognized InstitutionLicensure:Current and valid RN license as per the country of practice requirementExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or other healthcare settingSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilitiesProficiency in nursing procedures and interventionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate and empathetic natureCertifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory and applicable resuscitation trainings as listed below:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)Advanced Life Support in Obstetric (ALSO)Advanced Trauma SupportAdvanced Paediatric Life Support#J-18808-Ljbffr
