Registered Nurse (Rn)

Provide comprehensive quality nursing care with compassion to patients in a hospital or other healthcare setting, ensuring their well-being, safety, and recovery.
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and social needs Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer timely medications, treatments, and therapies Monitor vital signs, perform physical exams, and document patient progress Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions Escalate patients concerns on critical values Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care Answer questions and provide support to patients and their loved ones Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Maintain patient medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices Clinical Administrative Roles: Assist with emergency situations and provide first aid Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other healthcare staff Stay abreast of current nursing practices and advancements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Registered Nursing Diploma from a Recognized Institution
Licensure: Current and valid RN license as per the country of practice requirement
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or other healthcare setting
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities Proficiency in nursing procedures and interventions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and empathetic nature Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory and applicable resuscitation trainings as listed below:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred) Advanced Life Support in Obstetric (ALSO) Advanced Trauma Support Advanced Paediatric Life Support #J-18808-Ljbffr
