The requirements | What it takes to do this work No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
As a nurse, you will also need: A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Clinical leadership skills and knowledge Availability/flexibility to cover night shifts occasionally (a bonus, but is not a dealbreaker) Knowledge of legislation that affects aged care services Resourceful, respectful, and passionate, with a love for sharing knowledge and mentoring team members A second language would be a bonus, but is not a dealbreaker The locations | A home to belong to We have permanent part-time and full-time opportunities available in our 3 Canberra Homes:
