Exemption is claimed under Section 21 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. The Role We're currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least one full year of nursing experience.
The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
Our location, team, and service The South Coast Correctional Centre (SCCC) is a 1050-bed facility that houses male offenders in minimum, medium, and maximum-security areas.
Reporting up to a passionate Nurse Unit Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team comprising primary care, drug & alcohol and mental health services.
