(Pro-rata) Multiple positions: Permanent Full-time & Part-time (part time hours to be negotiated), working over a 6 day roster Overview Joining our renal dialysis team within a beautiful coastal location, you will assist with the provision of professional high quality renal dialysis services at the Southern Fleurieu Health Service in Victor Harbor.
Assessing individual patient needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
You will also provide health education, counselling and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of individual patients or groups.
Along with providing dialysis services to patients, you will mentor less experienced staff and support the Associate Clinical Services Coordinator in managing the service.
Southern Fleurieu Health Service provides a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services to patients from across the Fleurieu Peninsula and surrounding communities.
Our hospital provides 24-hour emergency care and acute inpatient medical and surgical services.
These include day surgery, maternity and obstetric care, palliative care, cancer care, renal dialysis and cardiac rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation.

You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
With proven expertise in renal dialysis nursing aligned with appropriate standards, you will excel in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and effectively managing priorities.
Your approach to challenges in a healthcare setting will reflect creativity, innovation, and adaptability.
Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead for this role.
