$41.66-$53.56 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances Ongoing rural & remote allowance of $300 per fortnight
(based on FTE) Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $27,000 over 24 months
Highly attractive rental and relocation package for candidates relocating to Emerald (4720) of up to $12,500 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed)

As a Registered Nurse, provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope Consider physical, social and psychological requirements Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
