Developing and implementing individualised care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Providing education and support to residents and their families.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care.
Demonstrated experience in dementia care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
