Key Responsibilities: Assessing the health needs of residents and clients, and formulating comprehensive care plans.
Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents' progress while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Understanding of ACFI, including charting, assessments, documentation, and funding submissions.
Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
