About The RoleThe Registered Nurse in Radiation Oncology will provide high level care for clients undergoing radiation therapy at Orange Health Service. The role will include assessment, education and support for patients in relation to side effects from treatment, referrals for services and administration of medications both pre and post procedure. The Registered Nurse is an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team delivering expert care to patients as well as providing support for families, carers and significant others.
We are seeking to fill vacancies of 20 hours per week permanent and 30 hours per week temporary, with a possibility of future extension for the temporary hours.
