As a Registered Nurse - Primary Care at Acacia Prison, you will provide clinical assessment and care to a prison population of 1,520 prisoners, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
You will play a key role in the care, rehabilitation, and support of patients, ensuring their healthcare needs are met while adhering to the highest professional standards.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA.
As a Registered Nurse in the Health team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning for patientsDelivering education, counselling, and group work services to promote health improvementProviding risk assessments, treatment options, and care for patients with complex health needsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic careSupporting the clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and new staff membersMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to facility requirementsSerco is a place for you
