You will provide complex care to all clients by working both independently and as part of a team. Some of our benefits include AM/PM shifts, Fulltime/Part time work and Ongoing education/Training.
Key Responsibilities Administration of IV, IM, SC and PO medicationsIV CannulationProvide complex wound careAccurate/Timely documentation in all client records.Appropriate communication within the clinical team to ensure care is provided.Complete initial assessments/develop care plans to ensure best outcome for our clients.Monitor and update care plans to ensure appropriate care is providedDeliver education to client and families to enable best possible outcome.Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration, with appropriate escalation.What you bring Current AHPRA Nursing RegistrationWilling to obtain appropriate checks – NDIS and Police ClearanceUse of own car – KM allowance providedFull drivers licenceCPR and Manual handlingMinimum 1 year acute experienceCandidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector - Home Care Packages, Department of Veteran Affairs and Commonwealth Home Support Program will be considered favourablyA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationAbout Calvary We are a leading provider of quality, integrated care that puts our patients, residents and clients at the centre of everything we do.
