Job DescriptionSt Basil's Lakemba is conveniently located near public transport, with plenty of staff parking available.
You will be working alongside an incredibly supportive team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience and lead our care team to deliver safe and effective consumer choice and clinical care to our residents.
This position entails ensuring that our residents receive the care they need with dignity and respect, involving them in all decisions about their health.
Responsibilities include ensuring safe and high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards, thorough documentation, and promoting a team-oriented environment.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Flexibility to work across all shifts (PM and night).
The shifts are:
1st week: Wednesday and Thursday (Night) 22.30 to 07.20
2nd week: Monday (PM) 14.45 to 22.50, Wednesday and Thursday (Night) 22.30 to 07.20Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as the confidence to work independently.Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Current Registration with AHPRA.Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.Excellent clinical knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience and ability to coordinate services, supervise staff, as well as in-charge experience.Passion for enhancing the lives of older people and an understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.You'll also enjoy a range of benefits:
