About the role The Mater Private Hospital Bundaberg currently has exciting opportunities available for Registered Nurses to join our team in full-time, part-time or casual positions.

Anaesthetics (highly desired)RecoveryOrthopaedic ScrubEars, Nose and Throat ScrubMater Private Hospital Bundaberg's perioperative services comprise four operating complexes, four recovery bays, central sterilising and a dedicated Day Surgery Unit. The Theatre Complex provides pre- and post-operative recovery room care and specialised endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures. The surgical case mix includes dental, endoscopy, ENT, general surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and urology.
Salary Range: $40.27 - $51.74 (RN1) per hour plus superannuation (plus 25% casual loading if applicable) and access to generous salary packaging of up to $15900 p.a. What you'll be doing Registered Nurses provide evidence-based and contemporary patient-centred clinical care in collaboration with other multidisciplinary healthcare team members. The delivery of care extends to patient advocacy with particular consideration to patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs that contribute to optimal clinical outcomes.
Registered Nurses are responsible for ensuring safe and efficient care management within the scope of practice and professional guidelines. Still, they may not be limited to legislation, regulations, standards, codes, qualifications, registration and clinical competencies.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictionsDigital and computer proficiency, extending to Microsoft 365 applicationsMinimum of one-year post-graduate perioperative or Day Surgery experience.
