We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Sienna Grange in Port Macquarie.
The role would be on a Part Time basis working afternoon shifts 2.45pm - 9.15pm with a fantastic roster for work life balance.
Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2: Thursday, Friday

Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residentsLeading and mentoring care and clinical team membersConducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needsProviding an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relativesDeveloping supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of careAbout you As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursingKnowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-ACC) is highly regardedExperience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work cultureProficiency using various systems, including online care management programsWilling to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successfulFully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)If you're seeking a role with real purpose and where you can create meaningful resident relationships through your outstanding clinical care, please apply today.
