About us:The Cancer Inpatient unit is a 11-bed inpatient unit for Cancer Care Services. Cancer Care Services encompass – Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Haematology, and Specialist Palliative Care.
About the role:Practise independently and interdependently. Assume accountability and responsibility for own actions and delegation of care to Enrolled Nurses (EN's), Assistants in Nursing (AIN's) and healthcare workers. Demonstrate evidence of increasing autonomy and exercise greater levels of professional judgement in the clinical environment as the employee moves from a beginning to experienced practitioner.
About you:Mandatory qualification/s: Mandatory qualification/s and professional registration requirements.Demonstrates sound clinical evidence-based skill and knowledge in area of practice and setting.Demonstrated ability to adapt to change.Ability to employ negotiating skills to avoid conflict in the workplace to enhance cooperative workplace interactions.Demonstrates ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information in all methods of communication.Committed to the delivery of high-quality care and service.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $121,106 p.a. is comprised of:
