Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective nursing/midwifery care, taking accountability for your standards and the activities delegated to others. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care in a supportive environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture focused on patient outcomes. What We're Looking For: You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care. Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Experience in the use of computer packages eg Microsoft, Excel.
