Our stunning care home Formby Manor Care Centre is a purpose-built facility located in Formby, Merseyside. The home is registered to provide care to 76 residents who have a variety of needs including residential, nursing, and dementia residential. The home reflects the New Care vision of providing the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care. We invest in our homes to enhance the experience of our residents, including OOMPH, an award-winning activities and wellbeing programme. Formby Manor has acoustic monitoring and silent nurse call installed. New Care has had a 0% agency usage for over years as we employ a permanent staff team to ensure continuity of care from staff that residents know and trust. All of our staff are paid the national living wage or above.
We are seeking to appoint a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will support the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and Head of Care in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24-hour management of the home. We have a 42.88 hours contract available with an excellent salary! Shift times are 19:45-08:00, with alternate weekend working. Plus NMC Fee paid, paid breaks and handover, bank holiday and overtime enhancements, paid training, support with revalidation, and free onsite parking.
