As a Night Registered Nurse at Bene Aged Care's St. Agnes facility, you will deliver compassionate, personalized nursing care during night shifts, supporting residents' health and well-being in a comfortable, restful environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care that meets the specific needs of residents, promoting their health, safety, and comfort.
Supervise and coordinate care tasks with clinical expertise, ensuring all needs are effectively addressed.
Maintain timely and detailed records of care plans, assessments, and any incidents.
Lead, mentor, and support enrolled nurses and care staff, creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
Actively participate in quality improvement efforts and adhere to compliance with aged care standards.
Keep clinical skills up to date, assist in training new staff, and supervise students on placement as needed.
Key Performance Areas Uphold Bene's policies, ANMC standards, and AHPRA requirements with integrity and professionalism.
Deliver resident-centered care that respects their preferences, cultures, and spiritual needs.
Ensure all assessments, care plans, and incident reports are completed accurately and promptly.
Provide guidance and support to care staff, fostering teamwork and performance.
Engage in continuous improvement, handling feedback and concerns with professionalism.
Stay current with clinical practices and contribute to team knowledge and skills.
