About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Anglicare Sydney, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our residents by promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
We are looking for skilled and empathetic Registered Nurses to be part of our dynamic team and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
About You: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NursePrevious experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings (desirable).Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.Alignment with Anglicare's Christian ethos and values.Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionalsDevelop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.Provide emotional support and build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their familiesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulationsLead and mentor care staff to promote best practices in aged careAdhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staffWhat to expect when you apply:
