This role will suit an experienced RN working nights.
Responsibilities: You'll keep a nurturing eye on each resident's condition, and provide proactive care that creates special moments and enriches their daily life. Manage care plans that uplift the mind, body and spirit through a deep understanding of each resident's holistic needs. You'll ensure the safe and reliable management of medication delivery according to our protocols and procedures. You will work closely within the team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models.
