About the role: *** This is a fixed term contract to work nights for 40 hours per fortnight, until January 2025- maternity relief cover with possible extension.

This facility provides palliative, residential and respite care.
We are looking for individuals who can: Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team Undertake comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team, and evaluate the progress of patient care outcomes Exercise sound clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making processes in the delivery and evaluation of care Ensure clients and colleagues are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds Maintain professional skills and knowledge of self and others through participation in continuing education and performance appraisal and development Provide guidance and direction to a team of carers and maintain best practice.
