About you:

*** This is a fixed term contract to work nights for 40 hours per fortnight, until January 2025- maternity relief cover with possible extension.*** As a Registered Nurse at Northridge Salem Aged Care service, you will be part of more than just a workplace; you will be part of a community and supported to integrate and become part of the home. Northridge Salem is located just 40 minutes from Ipswich and Toowoomba without the bumper-to-bumper travel of the Brisbane commute. This aged care facility offers a peaceful, welcoming community based on friendship care and support. Be at one with nature amongst landscaped grounds and private courtyards.
This facility provides palliative, residential and respite care. We are looking for individuals who can:
Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care teamUndertake comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team, and evaluate the progress of patient care outcomesExercise sound clinical judgement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making processes in the delivery and evaluation of careEnsure clients and colleagues are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgroundsMaintain professional skills and knowledge of self and others through participation in continuing education and performance appraisal and developmentProvide guidance and direction to a team of carers and maintain best practice.***We also have permanent full and part-time opportunities available across all shift patterns across seven days*** What we offer:
