Above award salary and on-site parking.  Adequate RN staffing - each shift has multiple RN's working, including night shift. We assign staff the same work area to assist in building relationships with our residents and other staff. Ensuring there is adequate senior staffing for support, management, mentoring and guidance. Opportunities to grow and develop through training, and experience. And to progress to clinical leadership roles – e.g. Clinical Care Coordinator /Care Plan Coordinator / Quality and Education Coordinator, then onto Care Manger. Promoting from within. About this opportunity We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Night Shift  to join our Care team at our Moran Engadine home. We have multiple full time, part time and casual positions available.
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of the residents. This includes consulting with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.
Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make a difference to our residents' enjoyment of their life every day.
You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.

About the Role Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessments Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members Work with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical management Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers About You Current Registration with AHPRA Caring and empathetic Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders Strong leadership skills. Good assessment/prioritisation skills Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team Proficient level of verbal and written communication Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
