The Role: We are looking for Full Time Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 96 beds facility in PresCare Yaralla Place or 60 bed facility in PresCare Ground Water Lodge, both of which are located in Maryborough in QLD.
You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards.
We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.
What you will do: The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through resident-first approachWho are you and what will you bring?Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care within Aged Care ONLY - MANDATORYCurrent Drivers License - MANDATORYDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsHold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care.Employment details: Employment type: PermanentHours: Full-time - 76 hours per fortnightSalary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 based on experience + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowancesLocation: PresCare Yaralla Place & PresCare Ground Water LodgeCome experience the charm, history, and warmth of Maryborough—it's more than a place; it's an invitation to create your own remarkable story!
