This role is Permanent Part-Time working 36.25 hours per fortnight.

Key responsibilities: Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessmentsSafely administer medication to residentsFalls management and preventionComplete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documentsSupervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basisProviding ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staffComply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk ManagementEvidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policiesAbility to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checksCurrent AHPRA RegistrationKnowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvementNDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training InstituteHow to apply If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
