Limestone Coast Local Health Network, PenolaSalary: $36.65 - $50.01 per hour + 25% casual loading - RN/RM1Casual (up to 19 December 2025)Penola War Memorial Hospital is seeking skilled nurses to join our team and manage the care of acute patients, aged care residents, and emergency department presentations on a casual basis.

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse at Penola War Memorial Hospital, you will:
Provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services across various health service settings.Develop your professional practice through continuous learning, experience, and professional development.Accept accountability for your own standards of care and oversee activities delegated to others.You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate and competent nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of practice.Utilise and expand your knowledge and skills in a variety of health service settings.Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your capabilities and advance your practice.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.Take responsibility for maintaining and improving your own care standards and support delegated tasks.You will enjoy working in a friendly, welcoming country environment, where your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of the local community.
