Kingston Soldier's Memorial Hospital MPS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team in improving patient health outcomes.
Key responsibilities: Assist in providing professional, high-quality patient careAssess individual patient needs and coordinate appropriate service delivery.Provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs for patients and groups.Support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, and student nurses.Continuously develop your capabilities through professional development and experience.Maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all healthcare team members.About You Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.You will be a skilled communicator with a strong ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation within healthcare settings. Your experience demonstrates effective teamwork and the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently.You will bring creativity, innovation, and flexibility to your approach, enhancing patient care and operational effectiveness.Committed to consumer/client and family-centered care, you exhibit competence in nursing practice aligned with professional standards. Your comprehensive knowledge encompasses the role of a Registered General Nurse/Midwife, relevant legislation, industrial agreements, ethics, and quality improvement systems essential for delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes.Why Join Us?
