Position Details: Registered Nurse - Permanent Full-time & Part-time positions available12-hour shifts (rotating roster)Professional development & career progression opportunitiesNorthern Beaches Hospital Ward 3C is currently seeking to recruit Registered Nurses to join our general adult mental health unit.
This 20-bed unit, comprising a 4-bed High Dependency Unit and a 16-bed General Acute side, is a new purpose-built facility designed with safety and care delivery in mind.
Ward 3C operates under a trauma-informed care approach and the recovery model, providing high-quality care to patients with various mental health conditions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team supported by senior management and clinical roles, including Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Clinical Nurse Consultants, offering great prospects for career progression.
Our aim is to train and develop Registered Nurses to support career advancement opportunities.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement 2020 – 2024, a salary of (up to, depending on years' experience) of $49.79 per hour.
