As a Registered Nurse in our medical practice, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care, while developing your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver essential nursing services such as venepuncture, spirometry, BP monitoring, wound care, and immunisation.Co-ordinate care for patients with chronic or terminal conditions, or multiple co-morbidities.Work in a variety of settings, providing direct and indirect care to diverse patients with varied needs.Manage your own caseload, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.Use evidence-based practices to deliver compassionate care while keeping up with industry standards.What We're Looking For:
A Registered Nurse eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a passion for delivering excellent nursing care.Hold or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to continuous professional development, as you grow your skills and clinical expertise.If you're ready to grow your career, make a positive impact, and provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population, we'd love to hear from you!
