Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? Mount Hospital is looking to employ experienced Registered Nurses with oncology experience.
Key functions include: · Established and maintained positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures
· Provide exceptional customer service and person centred and evidence-based care
· Worked as a valued member of an inter-disciplinary team, managed own worktime and personal well being
· Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
· Involved in clinical and compliance auditing
About You You will hold as minimum of 3 years' full time RN experience in oncology and medical rehab. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have thorough understanding of patient care in private hospital setting.
To be successful in this role, you will: · Have AHPRA registration (essential)
· Previous experience with oncology and medical rehab
· Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise
· Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated to daily activities
