As a Medical/Surgical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our medical and surgical units
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.Monitor patient vital signs and condition, recognising changes and taking appropriate action.Wound care and changing dressingsCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health care team members to coordinate patient care.Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.Having the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
