About the role Mater at Home Services is seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Mater at Home team in a permanent full-time opportunity, based at South Brisbane.
The Hospital in the Home (HITH) Registered Nurse is a dynamic and self-directed role providing broad clinical care to HITH patients. HITH operates to deliver hospital-level care in the safety and comfort of a person's residence. Using extensive experience, this role is responsible for the delivery of acute and post-acute care in the community.
