In this pivotal role, you'll connect with psychiatrists, nursing teams, and community health services while monitoring ECT capacity and demand to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also provide training and education, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and drive strategic planning and service development to enhance mental health care.
