The Community Care Program is seeking suitably qualified Level 2 Registered Nurses to join their team on a temporary basis. The Community Care Program (CCP) forms an integral part of the RACS division. The CCP is comprised of Nursing and Allied Health clinicians, who are supported by administrative staff and managers. Services on offer are either delivered in Community Health Centre clinics or within the client's home, depending upon the nature of the service and the capacity of the client to travel. Services provided include wound management, post-acute clinical care, CVAD management, continence education and management, stoma education, primary palliative care, and end of life care.
Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to: Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of 11 months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
