Make a difference at one of Australia's leading health care providers Generous salary packaging benefits, ongoing professional development and supportive team environment Work within a small motivated team About the role The Level 2 Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering a high standard of patient centred care, and supporting the Nurse Unit Manager in the Cath Lab as required / in a 2IC capacity, while also providing guidance and training to less experienced staff.
Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Level 2 RN may work autonomously and hold a personal portfolio, while also working well within a small team and lead by example.
Demonstrates competence in basic nursing practice and the ability to provide direct care in more complex nursing care situations.
Provides guidance to Registered Nurses - Level 1.
Consistently and enthusiastically delivers high levels of patient service to exceed patient expectations.
Conducts a comprehensive and systematic nursing assessment using a range of techniques to collect relevant and accurate data.
Plans nursing care in consultation with individuals/ groups, significant others and the interdisciplinary health care team.
