Join the Rehabilitation, Aged and Community Services (RACS) division at Canberra Health Services, where we provide exceptional care across a variety of settings, including Canberra Hospital, Community Health Centres, and the Village Creek Centre in Kambah.
In this role, you will provide advanced nursing care to elderly patients with varying complexities, utilizing your specialized expertise in Gerontology.
As a leader within the multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate clinical care, guide decision-making, and ensure optimal health outcomes.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting less experienced staff, acting as a core resource within the ward environment.
Your leadership will contribute to the professional development of the team, through preceptorship, education, and promoting competency-based practice.
