Your role will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions.Developing and implementing tailored care plans.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.Providing education and support to patients and their families.Evaluating patient outcomes and adapting care as needed.Qualifications: Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Proven experience in a critical care setting, with strong clinical skills and knowledge.A desire to engage in ongoing education and training.About The Hospital: North Canberra Hospital (formerly Calvary Public Hospital Bruce) and Clare Holland House are now operated by Canberra Health Services (CHS). This marks an important step as the ACT Government progresses toward the development of a new billion-dollar hospital on Canberra's Northside.
Currently, North Canberra Hospital is a level 4 facility that offers a variety of acute and sub-acute services, including community-based care, to residents of northern Canberra and Southern NSW. The hospital has 270 beds and operates a 24-hour Emergency Department. Inpatient services encompass general medicine, surgery, maternity, mental health, and critical care.
