About the role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience and lead our care team to deliver safe and effective consumer choice and clinical care to our residents. Collaborating closely with our care team, this position entails ensuring that our residents receive the care they need with dignity, respect, and involving them in all decisions about their health. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards, thorough documentation, and promoting a team-oriented environment.
You have a passion for enhancing the lives of older people and an understanding of the needs of people living with dementia. To succeed in this role, you will have:
