ARRCS is currently sourcing qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents across our two facilities in Katherine, Rocky Ridge Aged Care Facility and Katherine Hostel.
This role will involve providing clinical care to our residents while also offering team leadership, supervision, and support for less experienced workers to achieve people-focused quality care in line with the ARRCS mission.
Remuneration and Benefits: Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2: $44.20 / hour - $46.43 / hour ($87,300 - $91,700 PA) gross base. Access to full salary sacrifice benefits through CBB Salary Packaging, adding approximately $6,300 to your wages. ARRCS provided furnished accommodation. Flexibility on rostering for a healthy 'Work, Life, Balance' in a family-friendly organization. Access to a skilled and resourced in-house Clinical Education team for personal, clinical, and professional development. Employment terms under a lucrative enterprise agreement, including overtime rates, weekend, evening shifts, public holiday rates, and additional allowances. Relocation support of up to $5,000. Skills and Experience: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification. A minimum of 6 months experience working as a Registered Nurse (in addition to graduate placements), with preference for experience in a geriatric or aged care environment (not essential). Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices. Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills. Ability to meet and obtain mandatory compliance requirements.
