As a Registered Nurse you will work in partnership with a number of individuals and professionals to ensure the health & clinical needs and informed choices of residents are met, as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Kangaroo Point.

Minimum Requirements: Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regardedExcellent leadership, customer service and communication skillsExperience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent recordsUnderstanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care planNational Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.Why become part of the St Vincent's Care family?
