Registered Nurse - Juninga Aged Care Facility

About the role
ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents at Juninga Aged Care Facility located in Coconut Grove. This role is being offered on a casual basis only where you will provide support to ad hoc shifts within the facility. This role sits at a RN2 salary of $44.20 - $46.43 / hour + 25% casual loading + salary packaging.
As an ARRCS Registered Nurse, using evidence-based practices, you will provide clinical care to our residents within our facility. In addition, you will provide mentoring and clinical support to our support workers to achieve people-focused quality care in line with the ARRCS mission.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working within an aged care facility and is supportive and comfortable working with the elderly. You will have a firm yet caring nature and be a hands-on person who is always willing to jump in and support the team when required.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, we are looking for applicants who have the following:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
Full rights to work in Australia.
Ability to liaise with a care team and to provide coordinated care.
Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice.
Demonstrated understanding of resident-centred and residential-based care services delivery.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
