About the role
The Integrated Primary Care Registered Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team providing direct nursing care to patients/clients and families of the health service.
This role provides a flexible service delivery model to patients, clients, and carers, both in the community, ambulatory, and Medical Centre environments.
The nurse will lead, direct, and supervise other nurses and care roles in the team.
This role consists of 2 days per week working in the Tullamore Medical Centre.
Hours of operation are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
