Registered Nurse Special Care Nursery - Casual Opportunities We are a leading provider of health care services with a special culture known as "The Ramsay Way" and a philosophy of "People Caring for People" About the Role As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing a high level of quality care to all neonates and parents, in line with the core values and the strategic direction of both the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care. To be successful you will possess a broad knowledge of clinical expertise in all facets of neonatal care along with a strong passion for delivering specialised family-centred care in collaboration with parents, Paediatricians and the broader maternal care team.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a genuine interest in caring for babies and their family. You will be an experienced nurse or midwife with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an inclusive and vibrant environment that values and supports our diverse families.
Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA registrationMinimum 3 years work experience working in a Special Care Nursery (desirable) or Paediatric setting, NICU (desirable)Passionate advocate for the private hospital maternity model of careProven ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environmentAbility to work independentlyExperience with CPAPA sound understanding of the scope of practice for the roleExcellent time management and communication skillsRemuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from; $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
