VCID No.943790 Position Profile: We are seeking suitably experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join us at Perth Children's Hospital.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of nursing care on a shift by shift basis to patients and their families using the Scope of Nursing Practice Decision Making Framework.
You will act as a role model and undertake a teaching role in nursing practice for more junior staff.
As a registered nurse in our permanent relief pool, you will have the chance to work in various wards providing a dynamic and diverse experience.
In addition, you will have the flexibility of:
Option 1: rotating roster working across all shifts including day, afternoon, and night.Option 2: 12hr shift roster working across all shifts including day and night.Option 3: fixed shifts Monday to Friday providing a set roster ensuring that you have a work schedule that suits your lifestyle.Requirements: Minimum 12 months paediatric experience.

Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people.
CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
Eligibility: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
This position is subject to a Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check.
