Work-life balance Employee rewards program Learning and development opportunities Competitive pay Work for a family-owned business that genuinely cares about you Great team environment About The Role: Clinical in-home services include care plan assessment, medication, incontinence, wound, chronic disease, complex wound management, palliative care, health and diabetes management Clinical delivery and supervision of non-clinical team members in a community setting Intake processing, clinical care planning and reporting Conducting client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans and available funding according to the client's budget General administration for documentation relating to client care and in alignment with AHPRA regulations and legislation On-call roster Qualifications Qualified Registered Nurse Current AHPRA registered First Aid & CPR Australian National Police check Professional Indemnity Insurance Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community Valid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable car A smart mobile phone (iphone / android ) Preferred Skills Preferred Skills A passion for high quality client-focused care in a community setting Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable Exceptional communication skills Able to work autonomously or within a team environment Excellent time management and organisation skills Commitment to ongoing professional development
